At Ododo boutique, you can rest easy, since our products are made from the best possible components.

In the event that a problem occurs with your mattress, know that you are covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty. The Manufacturer's Warranty protects you against manufacturing defects, which include premature and abnormal foam collapse, seam breakage* and mechanical defects.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, during the prescription of your warranty, contact us as soon as possible. We will take the necessary steps to remedy the situation.

To benefit from the Manufacturer's Warranty, certain conditions must be met. You must:

• Be the original purchaser of the product.
• Be able to provide the original invoice.
• Keep the corporate labels intact on the products so as to certify the model and the manufacturer.

The Manufacturer's Warranty does not cover:

• The comfort preference.
• Damage to the covering fabric.
• Damage caused by improper or abusive use or handling.
• Damage caused by negligent rotations.
• Damage caused by the use of a bed frame.
• Damage caused by a sinister.
• Damage caused by any liquid.
• Contaminated products (bodily fluids, mold, insects, parasites, rodents or other infestations of the apartment or house).
• Products impregnated with foul odors.
• The formation of a body imprint of less than 3/8 in (1 cm).

*Seams have a 1 year limited warranty.
