Return policy
If you want to return or exchange your order for any reason, we're here to help.
We accept exchanges and refunds within 14 days following your purchase for all products unused, unwashed and in their original packaging . Ododo boutique is free to refuse a refund on a product that is damaged or deemed not to be identical to our standards.
We accept exchanges for store credit or a new item as well as refunds to the original form of payment used only. Note that following the effect of a refund, delays of 2 to 5 business days may occur for the amount to be returned to your bank account.
Please note the following exceptions to our refund policy:

Please note that return postage costs are your responsibility. The possibility of bringing your products back to the store is offered to you in order to avoid delivery costs.
To get a refund:
Contact us at info@ododoboutique.com mentioning your order number and the product you would like to return. Once we have accepted the return, you can send the product to us by post at your expense or directly to the store.
Once the product has been received and rigorously inspected, we will begin the return process. In the event that the return is accepted, we will send you a confirmation email as well as the refund to your original method of payment.
