If you want to return or exchange your order for any reason, we're here to help.
Please note the following exceptions to our refund policy:

Promotional items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

Gift cards are final sale
Please note that return postage costs are your responsibility. The possibility of bringing your products back to the store is offered to you in order to avoid delivery costs.
To get a refund:
Contact us at info@ododoboutique.com mentioning your order number and the product you would like to return. Once we have accepted the return, you can send the product to us by post at your expense or directly to the store.
Once the product has been received and rigorously inspected, we will begin the return process. In the event that the return is accepted, we will send you a confirmation email as well as the refund to your original method of payment.
